ROTORUA:Saturday 20th September 2025-11am-5pm

When: Saturday 20th September 2025 Where: Rotorua BMX Track, CORNER OF STATE HIGHWAY 5 AND WAIPA STATE MILL ROAD Check-in/Registration: 11:00am – 12:00pm Practice: Sprockets 11:30-11.45, All others 11:45-12:30 Racing: 1:00pm

MOUNTAIN RAIDERS- MIGHTY 11 TRIALS-September 28 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

When: September 28th 2025 Check-In:  09:00am-10:00am Practice: 9:25-10:25AM M11 Practice: 10:25-10:45AM Racing: 11:00am 

Oct 24–26 (Labour Weekend) — BMXNZ North Island Titles + Mighty 11 Test (Auckland – Mountain Raiders) — Transponder meet

Key Australian and USA targets (2025)

• Oct 9–12 — GWM BMX Racing National Championships (Macarthur BMX, NSW) — National titles, includes age-group racing. 

• Nov -26 to 30th | USA BMX Grand Nationals [ Biggest race in the world ] 
• for International Riders ( 9-10 and 11-12 Boys at Tulsa Grands)
• As an international competitor preparing to race in the 9-10 Boys or 11-12 Boys categories at the USA BMX Grand Nationals (Race of Champions) in Tulsa, Oklahoma, from November 26 to 30, 2025, you must first secure a USA BMX membership—mandatory for all foreign riders.
• to register and participate Amazon Web Services, Inc.usabmx.com. Since international amateurs lacking U.S. residency or a local address are typically classified as Expert rather than Intermediate.

2026 — BMXMata (Age 12) Event Plan

• Feb 21 — Oceania BMX Championships (Queensland, AUS) — Continental champs; age categories run with Juniors/Elites weekend. 
• Mar 15 — Pre-Nats (Te Awamutu, NZ) — Tune-up for Nationals (local entry via BMXEvents). 
• Mar 20 — BMXNZ National Championships (Te Awamutu, NZ) — Nationals/CN on the traditional March weekend. 

Worlds (2026)

• Jul 21–26 — UCI BMX Racing World Championships (Brisbane, AUS) —Challenge & cruiser (incl. 12/10 Boys) . 

Entry & Registration notes (12 Boys / Challenge)

• BMXNZ events: Enter via BMXEvents.NZ; Nationals require 4 NQMs from prior year (not required for Island Titles). Transponder required at certain meets (e.g., Norths). 
• Oceania: Run by CNZ/AusCycling per year; standard national licence (with UCI ID) and pre-entry via the host portal. 
• Australia: Nationals & Series via AusCycling pages (Event Hub / EntryBoss). Check each round’s tech guide for age-group classes and gear rules.
